These products are used in: Food products: as ingredients, thickeners, stabilizers, sweeteners, emulsifiers, and additives (including in baked goods, confectionery, pasta, soups, ketchup, sauces, creams and desserts); Pet food products: as nutritional ingredients; and other industrial products: as disintegrants.
