The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE SME. Expert Global Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is the book running lead manager and Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar of the issue.

The Net Proceeds from the IPO will be directed toward multiple strategic initiatives – Funding of Capital Expenditures amounting to ₹1,350.00 Lakhs for setting up a Solar Power Plant, and Funding of Capital Expenditures: ₹297.40 Lakhs for the purchase of Fixed Assets.

The Company

Manas Polymers and Energies Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of PET preforms, bottles, jars, and closure caps, as well as renewable power generation under the IPP model. Its modern manufacturing facility in Gwalior (M.P.) ensures high-quality polymer products catering to clients across 16 states in India. In the energy vertical, the Company operates a 1 MW solar power plant and is expanding with a planned 5 MW project in Shajapur (M.P.), reinforcing its commitment to clean energy.

Financials

Driven by a scalable business model, experienced management, and strong client relationships, the Company is positioned as a reliable player in both polymer and renewable energy sectors. In FY25, the company achieved a Revenue of ₹ 3,154.4lakhs, EBITDA of ₹ 570.8 lakhs with an EBITDA Margin of 18.1%  and PAT of ₹ 429.3 lakhs with a PAT Margin of 13.6%
