He started his career in the hospitality Industry from DeSouza Group – Calangute, and later joined La Cabana Beach and Spa Resort as a Sales manager in 2012. As the General Manager, he achieved more than 40 per cent growth in 6 consecutive years by researching market trends, prioritising guest satisfaction, building a strong team, and overcoming process challenges.

He is excellent at planning, organizing, and managing all hotel services, along with supervising and motivating a team of 130 personnel to improve productivity. He was awarded the CMO Asia Goa’s Best General Managers (Hospitality) award 2023 and has hosted more than 500 weddings over the last 13 years.
