Magnus Steel & Infra Ltd. has achieved a key milestone by being approved as a steel supplier for Tata Motors’ upcoming manufacturing facilities in Gujarat and Maharashtra. The company (BSE – 517320), engaged in the trading of iron & steel and engineering products, has successfully completed a transaction facilitation mandate valued at Rs. 60 crore, earning brokerage and commission income of Rs. 1.12 crore. Recently the company has secured a significant business milestone by being empanelled as an approved steel supplier for the upcoming manufacturing facilities of Tata Motors in Gujarat and Maharashtra. The company has commenced supplies through Tata Motors’ project contractor, RIECO Industries Limited, and has already executed orders worth approximately Rs. 8.5 crore during March-April 2026.
Company has reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, marking a significant turnaround driven by improved scale and operational efficiency. For FY26, the Company reported a net profit of Rs. 4.5 crore, a sharp increase compared to Rs. 5.67 lakh in FY25. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 22.58 crore, reflecting a six-fold growth over Rs. 3.19 crore in the previous year. EBITDA stood at Rs. 4.66 crore as against Rs. 18.94 lakh in FY25, highlighting a substantial improvement in operating performance. In line with its growth strategy, the Company has approved raising Rs. 45 crore through a preferential issue of 4.5 crore equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 10 per share to five non-promoter investors.
