Spree Hospitality has achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 94 in the first quarter of FY27, following an NPS of 93 in FY26. The achievement reflects the organization’s relentlessfocus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and a people-first culture. The journey has been one of continuous improvement: FY22 – 66, FY23 – 77, FY24 – 78, FY25 – 85, FY26 – 93 and FY27 (Q1) – 94.
Far beyond being a performance metric, the score represents thousands of positive guests interactions, memorable stays, and consistent service delivery across the company’s growing portfolio. The achievement comes at a time when Spree Hospitality continues to expand its footprint across India while maintaining a strong focus on delivering consistent guest experiences across its growing portfolio.
Sagar Khurana, Chief Operating Officer, Spree Hospitality said that “at the beginning of this financial year, during Spree Hospitality Annual Conclave, Team Spree collectively committed to achieving an NPS of 94 for FY27. Achieving this milestone in the first quarter is an encouraging start, but more importantly, it reflects the culture, consistency and guest-first mindset we have built together over the years.”
