RFBL Flexi Pack Limited has secured a Rs.20 crore domestic order from 3B Films Limited for the supply of transparent films and metallized films. The order has been awarded in the normal course of business and is scheduled to be executed over the next four months.

The latest order is expected to strengthen RFBL Flexi Pack’s business and reinforce its presence in the flexible packaging segment. Transparent and metallized films are widely used across food, FMCG, pharmaceutical and industrial packaging applications owing to their key functional properties, including durability, barrier protection and enhanced product shelf life. The order reflects the company’s continued focus on serving customers across diverse end-use industries.

The company clarified that the contract does not involve any related-party transaction or promoter interest.

On the financial front, RFBL Flexi Pack reported a steady performance for FY26. Revenue from operations rose to Rs.148.37 crore from Rs.135.46 crore in the previous financial year. The company reported a net profit of Rs.8.25 crore, broadly in line with the previous year’s performance, reflecting consistent operational performance.

The latest order follows a series of strategic developments, including the approval of the company’s FY26 audited financial results and its decision to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in the UAE. The proposed overseas subsidiary is expected to support RFBL Flexi Pack’s international expansion strategy and strengthen its presence in overseas markets.

With a healthy domestic business, steady financial performance and planned international expansion, RFBL Flexi Pack continues to strengthen its position in the flexible packaging industry.

RFBL Flexi Pack Limited is a Gujarat-based manufacturer and trader of printed multilayer flexible packaging materials, offering products such as plastic film rolls, pouches, woven fabric packaging materials, polyester laminated films, transparent films and metallized films. Following its recent listing on the NSE SME platform, RFBL Flexi Pack is focused on expanding its manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its domestic as well as international presence through strategic growth initiatives, including the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in the UAE.
