Indel Money Limited, a non-deposit-taking non-banking finance company – Middle Layer – has announced the public issue of Secured, Rated, Listed and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of ₹1,000 each. The Issue opens on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and closes on Monday, August 31, 2026, with an option of early closure, subject to relevant approvals. Investors may make one or more applications for the NCDs, subject to a minimum application size of ₹10,000 across all Series, in multiples of ₹1,000 thereafter.
The Public Issue comprises a Base Issue of ₹250 crore, with an option to retain oversubscription (Green Shoe Option) up to ₹250 crore, aggregating an Overall Issue Size of up to ₹500 crore.
The Net Proceeds of the Issue will be utilised for onward lending, financing or refinancing of existing debt and/or debt servicing, including payment of interest and/or repayment or prepayment of interest and principal of existing borrowings of the Company, and for general corporate purposes. As of March 31, 2026, Indel Money’s Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at ₹4,103.90 crore, compared with ₹2,334.44 crore in FY25. During FY26, the Company reported total income of ₹605.96 crore and profit after tax of ₹123.97 crore. Its net worth stood at ₹631.77 crore.
The Company maintained a focus on asset quality and capital strength, with GNPA at 1.65%, Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPA) at 1.30% and Tier I Capital Adequacy Ratio at 18.95% as of March 31, 2026.
