Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with day-to-day office operations.
    • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
    • Handle office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
  2. Customer Care:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  3. Data Management:
    • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
    • Input and manage data accurately using Excel.
    • Generate reports as needed for management review.
    • Ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
  4. Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments.
