The Price Band of the Offer has been fixed from ₹ 475 per Equity Share to ₹ 500 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 30 Equity Shares and multiples of 30 Equity Shares thereafter.

The Company’s initial public offering comprises an offer for sale of up to 60,850,278 Equity Shares for cash. Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited proposes to open its initial public offering on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. Bid/ Offer Closing Date will be Friday, November 24, 2023. Anchor Investor Bid/ Offer Period is one Working Day prior to Bid/Offer Opening Date, that is, Tuesday, November 21, 2023.

The Price Band of the Offer has been fixed from ₹160 per Equity Share to ₹169 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 14,872 Equity Shares and in multiples of 88 Equity Shares thereafter. Shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Flair Writing Industries Limited, shall open its initial public offering of Equity Shares on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. The Company plans to raise funds through Equity Shares of face value ₹  5 each aggregating up to ₹ 5,93 crore. The offer comprises of fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹2,92 crore and an offer for sale aggregating up to ₹ 3,01 crore. Shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The Company, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers, has undertaken a Pre-IPO Placement of 2,401,315 Equity Shares at an issue price of ₹ 304.00 per Equity Share for a cash consideration aggregating to ₹73 crore, on November 10, 2023. The size of the Fresh Issue has been reduced by ₹73 crore and accordingly, the size of the Fresh Issue is up to ₹2,92 crore.

The Offer will open on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 for subscription and will close on Friday, November 24, 2023. The Price Band of the Offer has been fixed at ₹ 288 to ₹304 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 49 Equity Shares and in multiples of 49 Equity Shares thereafter.

The Company proposes to utilize net proceeds from the fresh issue towards (a) Setting up a new manufacturing facility for writing instruments in District Valsad, Gujarat – estimated amount is ₹ 55.99 crore, (b) Funding capital expenditure of the Company and Flair Writing Equipments Private Limited, one of its Subsidiaries – estimated amount  ₹ 86.75 crore, (c) Funding working capital requirements of the Company and its Subsidiaries, FWEPL and Flair Cyrosil Industries Private Limited – estimated amount  ₹ 77 crore, (d) Repayment/pre-payment, in part or full, of certain borrowings availed by the Company and its Subsidiaries, FWEPL and FCIPL – estimated up to ₹ 43 crore, and balance amount will be utilized towards general corporate purpose.


4) Fedbank Financial Services Ltd.

Fedbank Financial Services Limited shall open its initial public offering of Equity Shares on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. The initial public offering comprises of a fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹ 600 crore and an offer for sale up to 35,161,723 Equity Shares by selling shareholders.

The Anchor Investor Bidding Date shall be Tuesday, November 21 2023.  The Offer will open on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 for subscription and will close on Friday, November 24, 2023.

The Price Band of the Offer has been fixed at ₹ 133 to ₹ 140 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 107 Equity Shares and in multiples of 107 Equity Shares thereafter. The offer include reservation of upto ₹ 10 crore for Employees at a discount of ₹ 10 per equity share. The Company proposes to utilize the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards augmenting Company’s Tier – I capital base to meet Company’s future capital requirements, arising out of the growth of its business and assets.

The Offer is being made through the Book Building Process.
