Bharti Hexacom Limited shall open its IPO on Wednesday, April 03, 2024. The total offer size of Equity Shares of face value Rs 5 each comprising an offer for sale of up to 75,000,000 equity shares by Telecommunications Consultants India Limited.
The Anchor Investor Bidding date shall be Tuesday, April 02, 2024. The Bid/Offer will close on Friday, April 05, 2024.
The Price Band of the Offer has been fixed at Rs 542 to Rs 570 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 26 Equity Shares and in multiples of 26 Equity Shares thereafter.
The objects of the Offer are to to carry out the Offer for Sale of up to 75,000,000 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholder; and achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges. This Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and the NSE.
Originally incorporated in 1995 as ‘Hexacom India Limited’, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Bharti Hexacom Limited’ in 2004 when Airtel acquired a majority equity interest in this Company.
